Human being is a creative duality that follows the principle of interdependent transformation in perpetual evolution.

Duality is a method and a theoretical tool for knowing and analyzing a phenomenon through the observation of its two opposing aspects. It allows us to understand the general law of the universe, the conclusion of all things, the origin of the transformation of everything and of growth-destruction. [1]
A duality is always represented by 2 aspects which are opposed to each other while being interdependent and neither of the 2 can exist in isolation.
The 2 aspects of a duality are not absolute but relative. Under certain conditions there is a transformation from one aspect to another. Duality can be divided infinitely – small and large, but it always has a reference which allows classification.
It follows creativity: each human being is in direct relationship with his deep nature (quintessence Jing in China -concentrated state of energy that can be transformed) and in interaction with the world around him.
Humanity is a creative duality, it unites all human beings who live on Earth and at the same time it allows each to exist individually.
It is why Ki-Regeneration® also applies

to allow natural harmony in our societies
Creativity is universal. It appeals the natural duality Energy / Matter Conscious. It has allowed, through time, the emergence of a Universe containing stars, planets, forces, … which has allowed the appearance of terrestrial life and through time has allowed the appearance of the human being.
Deep inside me, in this impalpable creative dimension, lies our humanity. It differentiates us from animals and makes us human beings (read the research project) capable of creating the world in our image. It is a duality that anchors us along 2 axes:
- An inner axis: our deep nature that is dependent on the fact that we are human beings. It is the same for everyone. Like the natural biological functions that drive our body, there is no need to learn how to develop them, they are innate. I use the term auto- like auto-regeneration, auto-regenerative, or auto-regenerative for one aspect of this duality.
- An axis facing outwards: our interaction with the world that will depend on our genetic, our genealogy, our will, our qualities, our faults, etc. It will be different for everyone. It will be specific to us. Like creativity, which is universal, our lifestyles, our fears, our wounds, our emotions, etc. mean that our innate capacities can become blocked, but they cannot disappear or not exist. I use the term self for the other aspect of this duality.
It is not easy to learn new things. It is even more difficult to spread what we have learned so that it can be integrated by others. On this page, you will find essays to awaken the Heart of Humanity, to explain the creativity offered by life, this impalpable I-do-not-know-that that gave life to Life and that exists deep within us. It makes our lives magical, unpredictable, full of symphonies to anchor Peace on Earth. I break it down into three approaches: philosophy, in action, practice.
